These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theangelpillow.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Angel Pillow ("we", "us", "our"), based in Houston, Texas. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We work to keep product information accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders arising from pricing or listing mistakes, and to limit quantities on any order.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirmation. Acceptance of your order occurs when we ship your product. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping, Trial & Returns

Shipping timelines and rates are described in our Shipping & Returns page. Every Angel Pillow includes a 60-night risk-free trial as described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Health Disclaimer

The Angel Pillow is a comfort and sleep-support product designed with input from licensed chiropractic professionals. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this Site is medical advice or a promise of specific health outcomes. Individual results vary. If you have a medical condition, chronic pain, or have recently had surgery or an injury — particularly involving your neck or spine — consult your doctor or physical therapist before changing your pillow.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Angel Pillow and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
